A bar coded label creates a uniqueness for each bottle. By simply scanning the existing bar code on the bottle, the Scannabar software knows all the vital information for each variety. The data is transferred to the individualized label by merely scanning it. At this point the tracking of your bottles begins from date of purchase to the recycling bin.

Each bottle gets the same ribbon regardless the size, shape or volume of the bottle. The reason you can use the same ribbon for each variety is because our in house programmers calibrate each bottle individually & scientifically from the bottom to the top. The bar coded ribbon is used as a measuring tool and designed to sustain all the elements like ice bins, speed rails, coolers…to give you accurate results time after time.

Taking inventory at your pouring stations & storage areas is done with your portable hand held radio frequency bar code reader. All you need to do is scan the label that uniquely identifies the bottle & then the ribbon at the level of the alcohol in the bottle. Data is sent from the user’s hand to the computer in your office at a rapid rate of 3 seconds per bottle with real time results! No downloading or waiting for reports.
